How do I pay for my order?

K-Net and all major credit and debit cards are accepted; all online payments are securely handled through Hesabe.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the current global situation, we have temporarily stopped shipping internationally.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, you will need to send an email here within 5 hours after placing an order. If your order hasn't been processed, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

I'd like to send my order as a gift. Do you gift wrap?

Absolutely! Gifts are boxed with The Sandy Needle branding. If you'd like a handwritten gift note, or if it is going directly to the giftee, just make a note at checkout.
