The Sandy Needle is based in Kuwait. Ready to ship items are processed within 5-24 hours and fulfilled within 24-48 hours, unless stated otherwise on product pages (namely on custom/bespoke pieces and preorder items).
Ready to ship items placed before 12 pm Sunday-Thursday will be processed and delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be delivered on the next business day (excluding public holidays).

Orders are processed within 5-24 hours and shipped the next business day unless stated otherwise. Once shipped, your package should arrive within approximately 2-5 business days.

If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. To begin the return process, please use the contact form here with the following information: Order Number, Name, Email Address, and Reason for Return. Non-returnable items: Custom and Bespoke pieces.
Customers are responsible for return delivery/shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery/shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The Sandy Needle reserves the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet return policy guidelines. A return cannot be authorised if more than 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges are available on final sale items.
Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase only; delivery and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days for online refunds to be processed.
