- Turnaround time for custom and bespoke pieces are usually within 2-6 weeks. However, it could take longer depending on how intricate your design is going to be.
- I will respond to your request within 48 hours on when I can begin work on your piece. Once you agree, I will send you an invoice.
- All orders must be paid in full before I can begin any work.
- When the payment is processed, I will create a design based on your brief then will send it to you to approve. Once I receive approval from you, I will begin your custom piece.
- Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor, laptop, tablet, and phone screen has a different capability to display colours.
I can provide rush orders for an additional fee.
